Parent coaching is offered for individual parents who are ready to work on a current parenting challenge one-on-one with me. It is appropriate for individuals parenting with partners, and for single parents. This is the most common choice.

Couples coaching is for partnered parents who are ready to work as a team to address a parenting challenge. The couple works with me, each partner leveraging their unique strengths to contribute to building the family life they want.
03.
Group coaching is an empowering and fun way to grow with other parents who are working on similar parenting challenges. Groups are limited to six parents total to ensure a high level of participation from all parents.
